Roots and Derivatives 
1. anni, annu, enni (year): anniversary, semiannual, biennial, bicentennial, annuity

2. aqua, aque (water): aquatic, aqueduct, aquarium, aqualung, subaqueous, aquamarine

3. arm (arm, weapon): army, alarm, disarm, armaments, armory, armor

4. art (art, craft, skill): artistic, artificial, inarticulate, artmobile, article, articifer

1. aqua: the hue of the sea; blueish-green
Example: The river used to be a beautiful shade of aqua, but now it's more of a greenish-yellow.

2. aquaculture: the cultivation of water plants and animals for human food
Example: The aquaculture business depends mostly on fish and shrimp.

3. aqueous: like, of, or formed by water; watery
Example: The aqueous form of the macaroni made it look extremely unappealing.

4. armada: a fleet of warships

8. artifice: cunning ingenuity; clever or sly trickery
Example: She used artifice to push the blame from her to another student.

9. artisan: a person skilled at a craft, usually a handicraft
Example: The sculpture was clearly the work of an artisan because of the intricate details.

10. millennium: a period of peace and great prosperity; a thousand years
Example: The millenium was a beautiful time where the society thrived and lived happily.

11. perennial: year after year; throughout the years; a plant that blooms  annually
Example: The perennial flower was so beautiful, thousands gathered to watch it bloom.

12. superannuated: worn out or retired, from age and years of use of hard work; obsolete or outdated
Example: Because of computers, typewriters are now superannuated.
